By accessing or using QuoteFlow Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
QuoteFlow Pro is a cloud-based business management platform that provides quoting, invoicing, purchase order management, and related tools for service businesses. The Service is offered on a subscription basis with multiple plan tiers.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on each billing cycle.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
New accounts may receive a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan. No payment is required during the trial period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create within the Service ("Your Data"). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over Your Data. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Data, including any invoices, quotes, or financial documents you generate through the Service.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by QuoteFlow Pro and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic (AI features). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, deploy updates, or modify features at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteFlow Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
QuoteFlow Pro does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. You should consult qualified professionals regarding your specific compliance obligations.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuoteFlow Pro, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, you may request an export of Your Data within 30 days, after which we may delete it.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
